MEGHAN Trainor looked slimmer than ever after admitting to using weight loss jabs and getting a boob job.
Grammy winner Meghan, who is a coach on The Voice, stunned on the red carpet at The Paper premier in Los Angeles.

Meghan also underwent a breast augmentation and lift, describing the results as the “boobs of my dreams”.
It’s not just her shape that’s changed since she found fame in 2014 with her breakout hit All About That Bass.
The mom-of-two has admitted to making changes to her face – and even confessed she ma have gone too far with Botox.
However, she looked nothing short of incredible on Wednesday channelling Marilyn Monroe.
Meghan showed off her glamorous makeover and a pin-up new look.
She paired the daringly low black top with high-waisted white shorts, and scraped her bleached hair into a high bun.
Meghan teamed the sexy look with a black bow and pointed black court shoes.
Speaking on her podcast Workin’ On It, the singer confessed to getting “too much Botox” earlier this year.
Talking about the lip flip, she said: “I got too much Botox and I need help. I messed up. Listen, I’ve had Botox like a handful of times, just a few times, just on my forehead, you know.
“Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip and I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living.”
Meghan went on to insist it was “not true”.
“And also I cannot smile anymore,” she added
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Meghan also revealed she is trying to “biohack” her body and is open to anything “that’ll help me age backwards”.
She said: “I just learned about the NADs [supplements].
“I was like, ‘Make me Hailey Bieber. I’ll do it. I’ll take it’ … I’m trying all the things. I love a doctor explaining stuff to me.”
NADs, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, boost cellular energy and maintain cellular health, helping cells function properly.
NEW BOOBS
Meghan, could be seen chatting into the camera as she revealed why she got a breast lift and augmentation earlier this year.
“I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done, because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life,” she said in her candid revelation.
Showcasing her breasts pre and post surgery, Meghan said: “My breasts look fuller yet completely natural and they complement my body proportions beautifully.
“They’re finally twin sisters and not distant cousins.”
Revealing that she wanted to do something for herself, Meghan said she took the plunge to invest in herself after “touring, working and mommying really hard”.
Parading her lifted breasts in the video, Meghan then swooned about them.
“After having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier with my decision,” she said.
