Williams appeared in six games for the Mercury, averaging 5.0 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
Her last appearance for the Mercury was on July 16 in a loss to the Minnesota Lynx.

Williams was waived by the team on July 10 but resigned to multiple seven-day contracts as a bench option.
Before her time in Phoenix this season, Williams had WNBA stops in Seattle (2021-2022, 2024) and Connecticut (2022).
Williams was selected 18th overall in the 2021 WNBA Draft after winning a national championship with Stanford.
The Mercury have 10 games left before the playoffs. The team is tied for fourth in the WNBA with a 21-13 record and is a half-game back from second place.
