“During this week in 1994, Aerosmith made a stop on their Get a Grip Tour to take the stage at Woodstock ‘94. Aerosmith performed 24 songs, and this was the band’s first and only time performing at a Woodstock Festival,” reads the caption.

The latest version of that band includes Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes on vocals, Perry’s Aerosmith bandmate Brad Whitford on guitar, and a rhythm section featuring Robert DeLeo and Eric Kretz of Stone Temple Pilots.
The Joe Perry Project is also set to open two shows on the Who’s farewell tour—Aug. 26 at Boston’s Fenway Park and Sept. 17 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
