Memorial service for Mr. Sam Oldham will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 15, 2025, at Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 522 Castle Heights Avenue, Lebanon with Bro. Kevin Medlin officiating. Interment will be at Bethlehem Cemetery at Tuckers Cross Roads. Visitation Friday 12 Noon until service at the church.
Mr. Oldham, age 84 of Lebanon passed away August 13, 2025, at Cedar Creek Post Acute in Mount Juliet.
Born Sammy Wayne Oldham on May 6, 1941, in Dixon Springs, he is the son of the late William Sam and Mary Carnelle Gross Oldham. He was a veteran of the United States Army, and graduated from Western Kentucky. He was a Certified Nurse Anesthetist for forty two years, and was a partner in Mid Cumberland Anesthesia. He served as President of the Tennessee Association of Nurse Anesthetist from 1985-1988. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Oldham.
He is survived by his wife of fifty one years, Sandra Ragland Oldham; five children: Tammy Donnell (Mike) Allison; Millard “M.F.” (Rosemerry) Donnell; Joseph Scott Oldham; David Eric Oldham; and Beth Oldham (Zachary) Alsup; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Billy Oldham; and sister, Brenda Mahaffey.
Memorials may be made to Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church Building Fund or to the charity of your choice.
