ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 13-year-old boy is recovering after being cut in the upper body on Bloss Street off Fulton Avenue on the city’s northwest side.

Rochester Police responded to the attack around 10 p.m. He was taken to Strong Hospital to treat his non-life-threatening injury.

RPD has no suspects in custody and is still investigating.
