KURT Warner’s son has been handed a huge boost in his bid to reach the NFL.
EJ Warner, 21, transfered to Fresno State in January for his senior year.

Warner earned the starting job at Temple in his freshman season 2022.
He was named AAC Rookie of the Year after throwing for 3,028 yards and 18 touchdowns in 11 games.
The 21-year-old transfered to Rice for his junior year after two seasons with Temple.
He started all 11 games for the school in 2024.
And the quarterback entered the transfer portal again in January to play for Fresno State this fall.
The school has announced Warner will start ahead of Sacramento State transfer Carson Conklin and sophomore Jayden Mandal.
Warner has 8,814 passing yards and 58 touchdowns in his college career so far.
His dad Kurt, 54, was a Super Bowl champion with the 1999 St Louis Rams.
Kurt went undrafted out of college and ended up stacking shelves in a local grocery store after a tryout with the Green Bay Packers.
He then played for the Iowa Barnstormers in the Arena League and Amsterdam Admirals in NFL Europe.
Kurt finally got his break at 28 when he made the Rams roster in 1999 and first-choice quarterback Trent Green got injured.
He took full advantage of the opportunity, leading the Rams to an improbable Super Bowl and winning the NFL’s MVP award along the way.
