Ashley Cooke and Dillon Carmichael have been booked as the opening acts for the two Grandstand concerts at this year’s Canfield Fair.
Cooke will open for Brad Paisley on Aug. 31 and Carmichael will open for Lynyrd Skynyrd for the fair’s Labor Day finale Sept. 1.
Cooke, best known for her country hit “your place,” won a CMT Award for breakthrough female video of the year in 2024 and is an ACM Award nominee for new female artist of the year and an iHeartRadio Music Awards nominee for best new country artist.
She’s appeared on ABC’s “The Bachelorette” and NBC’s “Today Show” and opened for Kane Brown on his stadium and arena tour.
Carmichael’s debut album “Hell on an Angel” in 2018 was produced by nine-time Grammy winner Dave Cobb and his top 25 country radio hits are “Son of a” and “Drinkin’ Problems.” His new album is “Keepin’ Country Alive.”
