Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q) alumnus Dr Nigel Pereira has been awarded a prestigious scholarship title in recognition of his excellence in research into the health of children conceived by in vitro fertilisation (IVF). Dr Pereira, who graduated from WCM-Q in 2010, was named the ‘Tessler Grandchildren Clinical Scholar II’ by the Board of Overseers at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, where he now practices as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Assistant Professor of Reproductive Medicine.
