Luke Littler was on the receiving end of some heckling from the crowd at the Australian Darts Masters.
The world champion revealed a section of the fans in Wollongong, Sydney, targeted him during the final.

He had beaten Haupai Puha, Damon Heta and Stephen Bunting en route to the final.
Following his victory over De Decker, Littler revealed he had been heckled after missing trebles during the match.
The Nuke explained: “There was a group to my right… every time I didn’t hit a treble they were like ‘rubbish, rubbish’.
“Someone said I was washed. Not sure what he meant, obviously I’m washed but I just won. But the darts did the talking.”
He continued: “The first time I hear it, I’ll do something but then I’ll let it go by. I’ll do my own darts and let them do the talking.
“Nobody has taught me how to deal with it, I just get on with it. You’re on stage alone, nobody else is with you, nobody else can help you. You have just got to get on with it.”
Littler’s triumph in Australia was his first in a World Series event this year after victories in Bahrain and Poland in 2024.
It followed his stunning World Matchplay win to complete darts’ triple crown at just 18 years old.
He had not played competitively since beating James Wade in that final on July 27 before heading Down Under.

” My debut last year didn’t go to plan, but second time lucky… for myself, as a world champion you need to be winning things.
“It took five months [between titles], but to win at the Matchplay and now I’ve won here as well, I’ve got that winning feeling back in me.
“There’s a difference, you’re a world champion. For myself, it’s about feeling confident. This is the most confident I’ve felt in a long time.
“I’ll enjoy it [the win], but it’s another early flight [to New Zealand for the next tournament] and another two hours ahead, so I will be needing some sleep.”
When is Littler next playing?
Littler will be in action once again at the New Zealand Darts Masters in Auckland.
The event is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, with Littler one of eight PDC representatives in the draw.
It is the final event before the World Series Finals in Amsterdam next month.
