HOPEWELL, N.Y. — One of the suspects in the murder and torture case of a transgender man faces new charges.
Deputies say Jennifer Quijano hit another inmate’s face and head inside the Ontario County Jail on July 31. Quijano was arraigned at CAP Court on assault charges and was brought back to the Ontario County Jail.
