ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Monroe County-Finger Lakes APEX Accelerator Program is expanding its reach to businesses across upstate New York. The program, which helps businesses secure contracts with the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, will now serve 13 counties, including Onondaga and Cayuga.
Rep. Joe Morelle said it is fortunate to have the program based in Rochester.
“To continue to expand this program shows the value not only of the program, the concept of the accelerator, but also how incredibly well it’s done here, better than anywhere else,” Morelle said.
The program will now be known as the Monroe County-Upstate New York APEX Accelerator.
