Nikita Hand, 35, sued McGregor in civil court over an incident where he was alleged to have ‘raped and battered’ the victim in a hotel in Dublin in December 2018.

As a result he was ordered pay £200,000 in damages in November, but the Irishman announced he would launch an appeal against the case.

But the appeal has been dismissed at the Court Of Appeal in Dublin after an extensive hearing.
