A series of seven armed robberies in a more than one-week span were recently reported in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood, police said.
According to authorities, in each incident, one to three suspects approached the victim, displayed a gun and demanded items. The suspects took property from the victims before fleeing on foot or in a vehicle, possibly a dark-colored four-door sedan.
All seven robberies were reported between July 18 and 26:
