Loyola running back Sean Morris II, who is committed to Northwestern, has enrolled at Orange Lutheran, Lancers football coach Rod Sherman confirmed Thursday.
Morris, a 5-foot-10, 205-pound senior, rushed for 1,762 yards and 16 touchdowns last season in helping the Cubs advance to the CIF-SS Division 3 semifinals.
“We feel really blessed,” Sherman said of the addition of Morris. “What a wonderful young man.”
In 2024, Morris posted nine 100-yard games en route to a rushing total that would have finished fifth in Orange County.
His highlights included 307 yards on 40 carries against Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks and 241 yards on 35 carries against Crean Lutheran in the playoffs.
Morris also had 27 receptions for 271 yards and two scores last season.
