LSU had 9 players drafted overall in the 2025 MLB Draft, which was tied for third-most in year’s class.
Eyanson is expected to slot in as one of the best pitching prospects in the Red Sox system now that he’s officially signed. As Callis notes, Eyanson struck out an impressive 152 batters in 108 innings and has an arsenal that’s headlined by a bat-missing slider and a fastball that has reached 98 miles per hour.
