The play, which was written by Kimberly Belflower, takes place in a small town in Georgia. Shelby (played originally by Sadie Sink) is a young girl who slept with her best friend’s boyfriend and her friends think she skipped town because of it. Throughout the piece, we learn what really happened, explore the themes of The Crucible, and ultimately embrace the importance of girlhood and friendship.
