BATAVIA, N.Y. – At 3:15 a.m. on Sunday, a person was shot in the area of Hutchins Place and State Street, and was taken to United Memorial Hospital by a private car and then transferred to Strong Memorial Hospital for injuries that are not life-threatening.
Police believe it was a targeted shooting.
