The pair have history in the ring and this is a much-anticipated rematch at light welterweight, with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) and Netflix behind the event.
Going into this third fight Taylor, 39, is the undisputed super lightweight champion but Serrano, 36, is a seven-weight world champion.
Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano will meet in the ring at Madison Square Garden in New York City on the evening of Friday 11 July (local time).
Their fight is the main event of the evening and so is not scheduled to begin with ring walks until around 11pm (local time), which will make it 4am (BST) on Saturday 12 July in the UK.

What happened in Taylor and Serrano’s previous fights?
This is the third time Taylor and Serrano have met in the ring.
It meant the Irish boxer retained her lightweight title.
Again, the then 38-year-old held on to her lightweight title with a final score of 95-94 to Taylor.
