ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Workers at a scene on St. Paul Street near the RTS Transit Center have confirmed there was a water main break.
A News10NBC photojournalist was there and saw crews working to repair damages, and also saw some of the water and various cracks in the road.
Back in May, there were three water main breaks within the span of five days in Rochester. In relation to those water main breaks, the city said these breaks happen for various reasons.
