Two people in Colma on Saturday cut the line at a game store to buy Pokemon cards, kicking off an altercation in which they assaulted and stabbed a victim who is in stable condition, police said.

The arrests stem from an altercation Saturday morning at the GameStop store on Junipero Serra Boulevard.
Police allege that Orellanas-Flores cut the line to buy Pokemon cards, spurring an argument with an unidentified person. Orellanas-Flores then hit the person in the head with a glass mason jar, police said. Calles then stabbed the person multiple times with the glass shards of the jar, according to Colma police.
The police department said officers responded at 9:22 a.m. and found the victim with multiple stab wounds and lacerations to the head. Police administered aid and the victim was transferred to a local hospital, where they are in stable condition, according to the news release.
Police said they quickly arrested the suspects by locating their getaway cars. They were detained and transferred to the San Mateo County jail, police said.
