The outbound Edens Expressway was closed in northern Cook County Sunday morning after a crash involving at least four vehicles.
According to the Illinois State Police, the crash occurred just before 3 a.m., involving a Pontiac, Hyundai, Jeep and Tesla.
While circumstances of the crash weren’t immediately known, at least one person was injured, according to authorities.
According to Total Traffic, the expressway was closed between Willow Road and Dundee Road, located near Northfield and Northbrook, as of 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
