How someone takes their hot dog is a good way to learn more about who they are. But one common denominator of most hot dogs, regardless of topping, is that they're served on a bun. But we recently learned that Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones take a different approach when it comes to hot dogs, and it reflects the rock stars they are.
The legendary band shared their recipe for something called Hot Dogs on the Rocks in the 1967 cookbook Singers & Swingers in the Kitchen. According to the recipe, it was a group effort created by two of the members. “Mick Jagger invented the potatoes and franks; Charlie Watts added the beans."
