If you haven’t had much luck finding a frozen pizza worth your time, this one’s worth a look. Natasha swears by it, and it’s made for Trader Joe’s in Italy’s Modena province by one of their go-to pizza partners.
The crust is hand-stretched Amalfi-style, with dough that’s fermented for a full 24 hours before the pizza-making even begins. It bakes up thin, soft and airy in the middle, with a thicker, chewy edge that gives it just enough structure.
“Sooooo good,” one fan wrote. “The wood-fired taste on the crust is 10/10.” Another added, “It’s delicious—good crust, perfect amount of cheese, and plenty of sauce.”
