Two huge rematches between Sebastian Fundora and Tim Tszyu as well as Isaac Cruz vs Angel Fierro have already been confirmed on a stacked bill.
But it has now been boosted by further big names, with Russell Jr and Magsayo added.
Russell Jr, a lightning fast and gifted operator, will end a three-year hiatus in a ten-rounder with Jose Castaneda.
The former featherweight title holder will be looking to be bounce back after a defeat himself to Magsayo.
He said: “I’m ready to shake off the dust and entertain by doing what I love. Make sure you tune in to see me do my thing.”
And his conqueror Magsayo will compete on the same slate at junior-lightweight as he takes on Jorge Mata after three straight wins.
Victory could see him set up a future sequel with Russell Jr.
He also added: “It’s surreal to be training and fighting alongside Manny every day.
“Even with all of this, I’m locked in on my goal of becoming a two division world champion.

Alan Picasso has also been made as an addition to the bill, where he takes on Kyonosuke Kameda.
Victory will likely see him set up a showdown with pound-for-pound icon Naoya Inoue later in 2025.
All eyes will be on Pacquiao who will be an underdog in his surprise return fight with Barrios.
The veteran hasn’t fought professionally since 2020 when he retired after being beaten by Yordenis Ugas.
But he did look far from his prime years in an exhibition with kickboxer Rukiya Anpo last year, where he took a real beating.

Albeit the icon has shown no signs of letting up, as he is full steam ahead in a tough training camp.
And the former multi weight world champion’s comeback could even continue for more fights beyond his return, if he defies odds and tastes victory.
