Tony Parker is ingrained in the folklore of San Antonio Spurs’ storied history.
The French legend is most known for being the point guard of the Spurs dynasty that ruled the NBA in the 2000s and 2010s, along with Tim Duncan and Manu Ginóbili.
Parker won four NBA titles with Duncan and Ginóbili at the SpursHe also grew in popularity when he dated — and then married — Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria in 2007.

The six-time NBA All-Star had a dedicated finger-print access only special ‘champion room’ which is dedicated to all of his jerseys, trophies, and NBA Finals Rings.

Coach Pop, as he was nicknamed, has the most wins by a head coach in NBA history, racking up 1,422 in the regular season and 170 in playoffs.

Selected with the 28th overall pick in the 2001 NBA Draft, Parker entered the league as a starter.
In 17 seasons with the Spurs, he played 1,198 regular season games in which he averaged 15.8 points per, shooting at a 49.2 percent clip from the field.
He also averaged 5.6 assists and 2.7 rebounds per contest.

But it was in the playoffs, under the brightest lights, where he really shone.
Reaching the post-season in every season he was with San Antonio, Parker increased his scoring to 17.9 points per game on 47.9 percent shooting from two-pointers.
He also remained consistent with his ball facilitation, dishing out an average of 5.1 assists per game to just 2.6 turnovers.
But arguably his best post-season performance came in 2006-07, when his 20.8 points, 5.8 assists and 3.7 rebounds led his team to the NBA Finals once again.
Scoring an average of 24.6 points including shooting 57.5 percent from the floor in their 4-0 sweep of LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Finals saw a then-24-year-old Parker being named series MVP.
Known for his speed and ability to penetrate the lane, Parker developed into one of the most dynamic scorers and playmakers in the league, and made the floater his signature go-to shot.
As such, he was a player who fans and those in and around the league marvelled at and couldn’t take their eyes off of.
