Arizona State’s Jordyn Tyson and Sam Leavitt were named to the 2025 Walter Camp Preseason All-America teams on Tuesday.

Tyson and Leavitt both made the All-America Second Team.

Tyson was one of four wide receivers selected among the first and second teams.

Tyson is coming off of his best collegiate season, catching 75 passes for 1,101 yards and 10 touchdowns.

He would have had the chance to add to his stats during the Big 12 Championship and Peach Bowl College Football quarterfinal, but a fractured collarbone suffered in the Territorial Cup against Arizona sidelined him for the remainder of the season.

Leavitt, on the other hand, was one of only two quarterbacks selected, with Cade Klubnik (Clemson) making All-America First Team.

After two straight losing seasons for Arizona State, Leavitt was thrust into the starting role last year with low expectations.

Leavitt helped flip that narrative, leading the Sun Devils to a College Football Playoff berth behind a 7-2 conference record and an overall 11-3 mark.

Leavitt, who has put himself on the 2026 NFL Draft radar, was efficient with the football last season, throwing for 2,885 yards, 24 touchdowns and only six interceptions. He also had a QBR of 81.6, which ranked 11th among qualifying quarterbacks.

Both players will be attending Big 12 media day next week in Dallas.
