SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
DUI: Julie E. Anderson, 43, of Fairfield, was booked at county jail June 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
DUI: Lucas I. Dos Santos, 25, of Berkeley, was booked at county jail June 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Sabrinath T. Touzene, 35, of Westport, was booked at county jail June 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. He was arrested by the CHP.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Jose Rodriguez, 21, of Covelo, was booked at county jail June 23 on suspicion of domestic violence, obstructing a first responder and damaging a communications device. He was arrested by the MCSO.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Brittany N. Davis, 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 24 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating her probation. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
THEFT WITH PRIORS: Tiana M. Garcia, 31, of Sacramento, was booked at county jail June 24 on suspicion of petty theft with priors. She was arrested by the UPD.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Mercedez D. Hoaglen Lockart, 28, of Covelo, was booked at county jail June 24 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.
SEXUAL BATTERY: Ramon Nunez Rodriguez, 55, of Boonville, was booked at county jail June 24 on suspicion of sexual battery by restraint, attempted penetration by a foreign object and assault with intent to rape. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Christina M. Purthel, 34, of Willits, was booked at county jail June 24 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Billy J. Rickman, 52, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 24 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and violating his county parole. He was arrested by the UPD.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Kevin W. Dahlund, 56, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 25 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, petty theft and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. He was arrested by the MCSO.
CONSPIRACY: Celine F. Dumont, 33, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail June 25 on suspicion of conspiracy, petty theft with priors, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and smuggling weapons into jail. She was arrested by the UPD.
CONSPIRACY: Derek Eastep, 39, of Ukiah was booked at county jail June 25 on suspicion of conspiracy, petty theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the UPD.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Christopher R. Garcia, 44, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with priors and violating his parole. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Michael T. Miller, 22, of San Francisco, was booked at county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence with a passenger for hire and driving without a license. They were arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Roger L. Roth, 54, of Willits, was booked at county jail June 25 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, false impersonation of another and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Brian T. Schatzlein, 59, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail June 25 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the CHP.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Arlen B. Smith, 47, of Willits, was booked at county jail on suspicion of domestic violence and willful cruelty to a child causing possible injury/death. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
