CELEBRITY chef Anne Burrell will make a now-heartbreaking final appearance on TV this summer, the Food Network has confirmed.
The network released plans to memorialize the 55-year-old powerhouse host just days after she was found dead inside her New York City home.

Burrell had been a co-host on the show since its inception in 2010 and developed a cult following for facing off against fellow Food Network stars like Rachael Ray, Bobby Flay, and Alton Brown.
Before her final season of the show airs, the network is going to dedicate an entire evening of programming to the star.
On June 25, Food Network will showcase a “curated selection” of some of Burrell’s most iconic episodes of TV that “highlight her extraordinary talent as a chef, competitor, and teacher.”
“Anne Burrell was a one-of-a-kind talent whose loss is being deeply felt by family, friends and fans,” said Betsy Ayala, Warner Bros. Discovery head of food content.
“With these special programming events, we hope to honor Anne and celebrate her impact on Food Network and beyond, and to offer fans a way to remember her passion and culinary prowess that ran through everything she did.”
Burrell’s final season of TV is titled Worst Cooks in America: Talented and Terrible and will showcase professional performers who are nightmares in the kitchen.
