COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Wednesday night's storms knocked out power for more than 12,000 AEP customers in Franklin County.
According to AEP's outage map, 12,572 customers were without power as of 8:30 p.m. Statewide, the company is reporting 29,954 customer outages.
The company is estimating that power should be restored to many Franklin County residents by 1 a.m. Thursday.
