BRITAIN’S youngest female double murderer could soon be back on the streets, the Sun can reveal.
Lorraine Thorpe, from Ipswich, was just 15 when she murdered her father Desmond and his friend Rosalyn Hunt in 2009.

Thorpe was previously refused parole in 2023, and was deemed to be too great a risk to be released or moved to an open prison.
She remains at HM Prison Foston Hall in Derbyshire.
A Parole Board spokesperson said: “An oral hearing has been listed for the parole review of Lorraine Thorpe and is scheduled to take place in September 2025.
“Parole Board decisions are solely focused on what risk a prisoner could represent to the public if released and whether that risk is manageable in the community.
“A panel will carefully examine a huge range of evidence, including details of the original crime, and any evidence of behaviour change, as well as explore the harm done and impact the crime has had on the victims.
“Members read and digest hundreds of pages of evidence and reports in the lead up to an oral hearing.
“Evidence from witnesses including probation officers, psychiatrists and psychologists, officials supervising the offender in prison as well as victim personal statements are then given at the hearing.
“The prisoner and witnesses are then questioned at length during the hearing which often lasts a full day or more.
“Parole reviews are undertaken thoroughly and with extreme care. Protecting the public is our number one priority.”
Thorpe was convicted and jailed in 2010 and was told that she would serve at least 14 years in prison.
She revelled in what she had done, boasting to friends about how she stamped on Ms Hunt’s head, a court heard. Thorpe and an accomplice had repeatedly tortured Ms Hunt and then smothered Mr Thorpe.
A sentencing judge said Thorpe could be manipulative and found violence funny and entertaining.
