While denim shorts aren’t for everyone, they are a big part of many classic summer looks. Plus, you can dress them up or down, and wear them to brunch or the beach. And, luckily, Aldi’s dropping some affordable denim shorts this week to help out your summer wardrobe. They even look like Levi’s and Bloomingdale’s styles that are almost 13 times the price.From June 18 to June 24, Aldi will be selling their Serra Cuffed Denim Shorts for just $9.99 in the Aldi Finds section of local U.S. stores. Serra Cuffed Denim Short, $9.99 at Aldi
(Aldi)They come in three washes and all of them are made with 99% cotton and 1% spandex. On top of all of them having the same fabric, they also all have a zippered closure with a button, which is standard. This one has the most obvious cuffed hem, which reveals a lighter gray underside. The light blue wash of these shorts is a classic light blue denim with a little bit of a worn-in crease design. Lastly, there is the medium blue wash which is a darker denim. It has some creases as well, giving it a classic jean look.

(Levi's)These shorts are also classics in that they are very similar to other denim jean shorts out there, including Levi’s Rolled 80s Mom Women's Shorts. These cost $69.50 and have a “vintage, 80” feel to them. They’re a high-waisted pair of jean shorts with a “flattering fit” that looks a lot like Aldi’s. These also have a rolled hem, even though they only come in two colors that aren’t black: Taking The Stairs - Dark Wash and Back To Blue - Medium Wash. As with most Levi’s jeans, these shorts are made with 100% cotton and have no stretch.
