Mrs. Edna Dickens, age 89 of Dixon Springs, died Saturday afternoon, June 14 at Hartsville Convalescence Center in Trousdale County. She is survived by: children, Stanley K. Dickens and wife Teresa of Hartsville, Candace Hall and husband Rick of Hartsville, daughter-in-law, Janet Dickens of Tanglewood, son-in-law, Jerry Driver of Chestnut Mound; her twin sister, Faye Blackwell of Dixon Springs; 8 grandchildren, J. D. Driver and wife Nikki of Chestnut Mound, Mitchell Dickens and fiancee Jennifer Wilburn of Riddleton, Richard Driver and fiancee Sara Vantrease of Grant, Amanda Hicks and husband Chris of Carthage, Carrie Wright and husband Adam of Carthage, Holly Harper and husband Nick of Hartsville, Stetson Hall of Dixon Springs, Lyndsey Linville and husband D. J. of Hartsville; 13 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Dickens is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Monday afternoon June 16 at 1:00 PM. Bro. Stetson Hall and Eld. Jeff Blackwell will officiate. Interment in the Dixon Springs Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: J.D. Driver, Richard Driver, Mitchell Dickens, D. J. Linville, Adam Wright, Nick Harper, Chris Hicks, Stetson Hall.
Visitation begins on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
