Johnson Charles will continue to open the innings with Evin Lewis in the second game of the ENG vs WI three-match T20I series, scheduled to take place on Sunday (June 8).
Charles and Lewis looked timid in their approach at the top of the order and looked to take the cautious route by keeping wickets in hand in the powerplay.
Charles, on the other hand, looked in good touch in the first couple of overs and succeeded in hitting a couple of boundaries, but was outfoxed by Liam Dawson.

But the fall of Evin Lewis' wicket proved to be the turning point of the match as the former World Cup winners lost seven wickets for 76 runs after that.
The batters, including the trio of Rutherford, Holder, and Shepherd, will have another opportunity to get things right in the upcoming game.

Windies would hope to assess the behavior of the pitch as soon as possible, as they took a bit of time to do that in the first T20I and gave away 10-15 extra runs, which proved to be the difference.
The fast bowling department will have to create pressure in the initial few overs to make things easy for the spinners in the middle overs.
WI's spin bowling will be handled by Roston Chase and Gudakesh Motie, both of whom did a fine job in the first match.
