SOME Americans could get some bonus cash from JPMorgan Chase this summer.
The financial institution is offering the free money to those consumers who take some crucial actions.

It’s the largest bank in the United States holding about $3.5 trillion in assets and serving over 82 million customers.
This could be started through a variety of checking accounts.
There are at least eight different options offered.
They include Chase Total Checking, Chase High School Checking, Chase First Banking, Chase College Checking, Chase Premier Plus Checking, Chase Sapphire Checking, Chase Private Client Checking, and Chase Secure Banking.
There are also several savings accounts, CDs, business accounts, and even private client banking options.
Chase Savings, Chase Premier Savings, and Chase Private Client Savings are popular options.
REFER FOR REWARDS
After figuring out what’s best for them, consumers who open an account will be sent a referral link.
If they’re satisfied with the financial services Chase Bank offers, they can share a personalized link with friends or family to open their own accounts.
Should a friend or family member sign up using the link, the customer will be awarded $50.
That rate is per person, and up to 10 people per year can use the personalized referral link Chase Bank provides.
Those who find 10 new account holders to sign up through that method could make up to $500 in the calendar year.
Additionally, it’s not just the original account holder that benefits.
The up to 10 Americans who use the referral link to sign up can also get $300.

They must specifically open a Chase Total Checking using the referral link and be a completely new customer.
CREDIT CARD OFFER
There’s also another way to get free money from Chase Bank this month.
Currently, those who sign up for a Chase Freedom Unlimited credit card could get $200 back.
The only requirements are signing up for and activating the card, and spending $500 within the first three months of having it.
Those budgeting out expenses month could hit that number easily.
Or, if you’ve already saved $500 in cash for a big purchase, put it on the credit card instead, pay it off immediately, and get the extra $200 just like that.

Competing institutions are making similar offers.
Citibank is also giving customers a chance to get up to $325 in bonus cash.
