Crude oil futures settles at $67.68 ...Middle East

Looking at the hourly chart, the price is settling above its 200 hour moving average at $67.45. That's the first move above the 200 hour moving average since February 21. The price has been trending down from the January high at $80.77 to the low price reached in March at $65.22.
