Austin Police investigating east Austin homicide ...Middle East

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin police are currently investigating a homicide on the 2300 block of Douglas Street. That's off East Oltorf Street and I-35.

APD posted to its X account at 1:21 AM Monday morning about the investigation. It says that a media briefing time and staging location will be announced. Details are limited.

This is being investigated as APD’s eighth homicide of the year so far.
