Bhubaneswar: BJD President and Leader of Opposition in Assembly Naveen Patnaik paid humble tributes to legendary mass leader and former Odisha Chief Minister Biju Patnaik on his birth anniversary.
On the occasion, the BJD President remembered the contributions made by Biju Patnaik for the development of Odisha.
