Update: Los Angeles County beaches under a wind advisory until 3 a.m. Monday ...Middle East

Central Ventura County Valleys, Los Angeles County Beaches and Southeastern Ventura County Valleys are under an updated wind advisory which was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 11:11 p.m. The advisory is in effect until Monday, Mar. 3 at 3 a.m.

According to the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA, “West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.”

“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” the NWS said. “Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.”
