DENVER (KDVR) — Police were investigating a crash with injuries that involved "several" vehicles on Sunday evening.
The agency told FOX31 that the crash was reported at 5:29 p.m., and at least one person was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The agency did not know how many people had been transported from the scene.

The agency said at least two vehicles were involved. The Colorado Department of Transportation reported there were three right lanes closed for the crash.
Traffic appeared to be backed up from Peoria to about Quebec Street, a distance of about 3 miles.
