The bromance between Bryce Harper and the Phillie Phanatic has been one of the most charming side effects of the two-time National League MVP signing with Philadelphia in 2019.
It started with the two wearing tributes to each other on their cleats in Harper’s first series with the Phillies, escalated with Harper getting a custom-tailored Phillie Phanatic suit and has continued with the duo routinely exchanging gifts and swag.
So maybe it’s not a surprise that before Opening Day in 2025, Harper made his love for the Phanatic permanent with a brand new tattoo of the Phillies mascot doing what he loves most: Riding an ATV.
