Greeley’s Peak Form Medical Center to host open house, ribbon-cutting Tuesday evening ...Saudi Arabia

Peak Form Medical Center will open its doors to the community for a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday.

Since 2003, Peak Form has offered occupational medicine services across the Front Range, including workers’ compensation injury management, employer services and physical therapy.

The woman-owned business expanded its network of centers, establishing its fourth location in Greeley, at 8225 W 20th St., under the direction of Regional Medical Director Dr. Troy Manchester.

“Peak Form Medical Center’s Greeley location is going to be another great extension of our ‘comprehensive care with a personalized touch’ for employers and their employees and will allow us to support the vital workforce in Northern Colorado,” Manchester said in a news release.

The open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony will allow the community to meet the staff and tour the space.
