But investigators only found “user quantities” of drugs and weapons thrown out during the raid that couldn’t be used to bring charges through the U.S. Attorney’s Office, DEA spokesperson Steffan Tubbs said in an email.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado confirmed on Thursday that no charges have been filed in connection with the raid, but spokesperson Melissa Brandon declined to say whether law enforcement submitted any cases for consideration.
The 17th Judicial District Attorney’s had not received any cases connected to the raid for charging consideration as of Thursday, spokesperson Chris Hopper said.
