SANTA ROSA, Calif. (KRON) -- A body was pulled from the flood waters in Santa Rosa Thursday morning, KRON4 News has learned. Firefighters are calling it a "storm-related tragedy."
Crews were dispatched around 5:45 a.m. to an area where a missing person was last known to have been. The National Guard, which was already in the area, was called in to use a high-profile truck to drive through the flood waters.
