The Vintage 1979 at 10110 Westminster Ave., Suite A, Garden Grove, which was ordered closed Jan. 15 for a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Jan. 17.

Tribute Coffee House at 13960 Harbor Blvd., Suite B, Garden Grove, which was ordered closed Jan. 13 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Jan. 18.
