Axel Rudakubana, 18, pleads guilty to Southport triple murder on first day of trial ...Middle East

Rudakubana, of Banks, Lancashire, was set to stand trial at Liverpool Crown Court charged with the murders of Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, who died in the attack on 29 July.

Mr Justice Goose said Rudakubana will be sentenced on Thursday.
