Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has praised the historic relations between Egypt and Kuwait, noting that the state works on cementing bilateral cooperation in all fields.
The Premier on Saturday 18/1/2025 had a meeting with Kuwait’s Ambassador in Cairo Ghanem Saqr Al Ghanem to discuss ways to foster collaboration between Egypt and Kuwait across numerous sectors.
The Premier cited his recent participation in a ceremony organized by Auto Mobility Co. for the inauguration of a factory for assembling Geely cars in Egypt with Kuwaiti investments.
Egypt is keen to encourage and attract more Kuwaiti investments in different sectors, the prime minister said.
For his part, the ambassador lauded the special bilateral ties, noting that he always works on promoting the fruitful cooperation between the two countries.
Both sides agreed on maintaining consultations and coordination to enforce different proposals on enhancing cooperation between the two sisterly Arab countries, Spokesperson for the Cabinet Mohammed al-Homsany said.
