Nezuko has a rough go of things in Demon Slayer. Her entire family (save for her plot-armored brother) is murdered, and then she gets turned into a demon by the Demon King Muzan himself. Her human life as she knows it is over, which I suppose could count a metaphorical death, but her physical body is very much alive. In fact, she’s doing better than ever. Her newfound demon powers give her the ability to go toe to toe with some of the series strongest villains, and she lacks all the disadvantages of regular demons. Unlike them, she can go out in the sun without harm and survive without consuming blood. It’s a win-win. From then on, Nezuko spends the the vast majority of Demon Slayer series alive and well.
