OAKLAND — Two victims were transported to a local hospital following a shooting in Oakland on Sunday morning, according to authorities.
At least three people were sitting in a car on 77th and Garfield avenues when someone allegedly shot at the vehicle in what authorities described as a random attack. The shooting took place at 4:47 a.m.
Two victims, an 18-year-old woman and 19-year-old man, were driven to a local hospital by someone else, authorities said. The man is in critical condition. The woman’s condition is unknown.
No arrests have been made, and no suspect information has been released by police.
