Idaho Springs police are renewing their efforts to find out what happened to Elizabeth “Beth” Miller, asking for the public to share any relevant information about the 14-year-old who disappeared while jogging in 1983.
“We’re looking at it again pretty extensively,” Sgt Ryan Frost said. “It’s a case that’s important to our community, and we wanted to see if we can develop any new information about it.”
Miller went for a run at about 10 a.m. on Aug. 16, 1983, and has not been seen since, police said in a social media post.
Any member of the public with information about Miller’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Idaho Springs Police Department at 303-567-4291.
