The incident occurred near the intersection of Riverside Drive and Tinnin Ford Drive.
ATCEMS confirmed the person who died was an adult.
Traffic delays are expected near the area while the investigation remains ongoing. ATCEMS said East Riverside between Burton Drive and Royal Crest Drive is closed.
